There are some helpful resources and videos available on The Mahjong Line and I Love Mahj websites. This link covers setting up and dealing. I highly recommend Modern Mahjong’s Visual Companion Guide for a comprehensive guide on rules.

I Love Mahj offers online games with a free extended trial through my affiliate link or code: MAHJAHOLIC. Their platform includes great practice options—use the Just-For-Fun Game in the launchpad and enable practice mode for hand suggestions (but try to figure it out first!). Always play each game to the end—never give up! Also, check out the exercise room for Charleston practice and defense strategies with exposures.
